First I am married with a great wife and three wonderful children. My spiritual growth and becoming a better spiritual leader with my family are at the top of my list, I am 43 years old. I am a member of dozens of business networking groups and affiliations Score, BNI, CCC small group leaders, FamilyLife and active with politics . My Business background ranges from boutique to multi unit experience within the specialty retail industry. Being a results driven achiever, I have extensive experience leading people, teams, coaching, training, and empowering personnel. I have developed sales training programs, implemented mystery-shopping programs and built visual management tools to enhance brand awareness . I have over two decades of management experience and understands human capital is the cornerstone of long term success. My successes over the past 24 years, Leading, Recruiting, Training and Coaching led me to launch my own business.
